Our Meditation and Mindful Movement class offers an opportunity to connect to the moment and to Self, using Zen, Buddhist, Vedanta and modern meditation techniques, followed by a range of gentle movement practices which foster mindfulness, joint-health and vitality. These classes are delivered in an inclusive and trauma-aware way and draw upon ancient as well as modern perspectives to connect to the moment and to being, through awareness, movement and breath. No previous experience required. Come as you are!
