Steady into Stillness is a gentle gathering to mark the end of Steady February — an opportunity to slow down, reflect on your yoga practice, and rest together.
Our 2-hour session begins with gentle, grounding yoga, followed by a long, nourishing relaxation to support deep rest and nervous system settling.
There will also be optional moments for sharing and listening, offering space to reflect, be witnessed, or simply sit in presence. Sharing is always invitational, with no pressure to speak.
