Steady into Stillness is a gentle gathering to mark the end of Steady February — an opportunity to slow down, reflect on your yoga practice, and rest together.

While the event is a natural conclusion to our February yoga challenge (Steady February: A Yoga Challenge Rooted in Connection + Consistency) it is open to all and will serve anyone wanting to experience gentle yoga on a deeper level and acknowledge the role of yoga in their lives.

Our 2-hour session begins with gentle, grounding yoga, followed by a long, nourishing relaxation to support deep rest and nervous system settling.

There will also be optional moments for sharing and listening, offering space to reflect, be witnessed, or simply sit in presence. Sharing is always invitational, with no pressure to speak.
