A gentle class for those who need something slow with lots of options. Particularly well suited to seniors, those experiencing chronic health or mobility issues, or anyone recovering from an injury. Chair options throughout! As well as accessible movement, classes include mindful breathing, meditation, and relaxation - no prior yoga experience is required.
